Aisha jamila Hinds has been an American actor for over a decade. Her roles are in The Shield as well as True Blood. Her versatility has been demonstrated in TV series including 9-1-1 Detroit 1, 8-7, and Under the Dome since she began her career as an actor in the year 2003. The first time she was noticed was for her performance as Anna in 2005's film Assault on Precinct 13. She also received an impressive contract with L'Oreal Paris as spokesmodel in 2003. Two of the first films she made in her professional career included Aur Pyaar Ho Gaya as well as Iruvar. Bachchan was the symbol of New Bollywood with these films that defied Bollywood's basic model of organization. Bachchan became the queen of Bollywood by her heartbreaking performance in Paro in the film Devdas. She plays an unfaithful love interest character in Devdas (2002), one of Bollywood's most popular movies. Devdas also happened to be the first Bollywood film shown at Cannes Film Festival. Bachchan starred as a lead actress in Gurinder Chatha's Bride and Prejudice. It was a musical and dance version of Jane Austen's Pride and Prejudice. Bachchan brought both her star-power as well as her beautiful appearance to her most acclaimed English film. After the film's release, Provoked: a True Story in English, she went back to Bollywood and appeared in the film Dhoom: 2 (2007). Abhishek Bachchan is a Bollywood actor and often co-star. The actor is also the father of Amitabh Bachchan.
